10 Things You Didn’t Know About Carbs

Eating carbs won’t make you fat. Eating too many calories will.

This right here says it all.

I eschewed carbs as much as possible for a long time and only started reincorporating them into my diet plan in the last couple of years.

I still think it pays off to be highly selective.  I avoid sugars and processed carbs and wheat as much as possible and there is a noticeable difference in the way I feel when I splurge on cheat meal.

If low-carb works for you great.  But incorporating moderate carbs into your diet can definitely be beneficial.
