The 10 Do’s And Don’ts Of Mobility


I’ve already committed some of the ‘Don’ts’ in this article. In particular, taking mobility for granted and not paying attention to full range of motion.  I’m paying for it now and have been seeing a physical therapist to improve my mobility and overall balance.

This sentiment rings true:

While it might not be as flashy as big-weight compound movements or show sleeve-stretching pay-off like curls, mobility—or, to think of it another way, moving well—is critical for long-term, sustainable fitness.
